GHLReadiness collects only the information needed to produce your readiness assessment and deliver your report. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Assessment answers — business profile, operations, and tooling details you enter. Revenue is optional and may be withheld.
• Website URL — if you provide one, we perform a limited public-page check from the server. We do not crawl private areas, submit forms, or bypass access controls.
• Email address — only if you choose to provide it to receive or unlock your full report.

How we use information

• To generate your personalized report and scores.
• To deliver your report by email when you opt in.
• To improve the quality and fairness of the assessment.

We do not subscribe you to marketing emails without separate, explicit consent. Transactional report delivery is separate from any marketing communications.

Sharing & report links

If share links are available, they use non-guessable identifiers and do not expose your email or sensitive details in the URL. Anyone with the link can view the report — share it carefully. You can revoke or regenerate a share link where supported.

Storage & retention

Assessment progress is stored locally in your browser unless persistent storage is enabled for the project. Where persistent storage is enabled, records are stored securely and access-controlled. We retain records only as long as needed to provide the service.

Your choices

• You can complete the assessment without a website, revenue figure, or email.
• You can clear your locally stored progress at any time.
• You can request deletion of any stored report where persistent storage is enabled.
